Our 4-Hour Express Workshops give you the keys to being operational in English in your professional communication situations. They can take place in a virtual or face-to-face group setting.
All workshops include 1 hour of preparation and 3 hours led by a trainer.

Express Workshop Organisation

Theoretical input, visual and audio resources, adapted vocabulary, best practices and examples of situations - I practise according to my situation (2h)
Take action! Put into practice, with other participants, the expert content to adapt it to your professional needs. Our trainer is available in real time to advise and guide you, via group or individual chat to preserve confidentiality. - I consolidate my learning (1h)
After two hours of practice tutored by our trainer, the consolidation phase allows participants to exchange, share the cases encountered and the good solutions provided by the workshop.

Telephone and Conference Call Workshops
Depending on your level (A2, B1 or B2), this workshop gives you the keys to telephoning without apprehension and managing calls professionally: acquiring techniques and strategies for handling remote oral communications, compensating for the absence of image and paralanguage, developing precision, saving time and increasing efficiency, standard telephone communication phrases, mastering good telephone reflexes, developing fluency, intervening spontaneously, managing the discussion.

Meetings Workshops
Depending on your level (A2, B1 or B2), this workshop familiarises you with participating in or leading meetings in English: speaking up, opening and closing the session, making suggestions and responding to them, asking for clarification, expressing opinions, knowing how to convince and defend your point of view, arguing, controlling digressions and returning to the topic, reaching a compromise, verifying consensus and decision-making.
