Your CPF training budget
Every employee accrues €500 in training entitlements per year for full-time work. Entitlements begin as soon as you start working (including internships) and remain available until retirement.
The account ceiling is €5,000. For language training, CPF funding is capped at €1,500 since the decree of 26 February 2026.
This budget can be used independently, without informing your employer, provided courses take place outside working hours.
