How does corporate English training work?

For corporate English training, we send a native or bilingual trainer directly to your site, in Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Toulouse, Strasbourg, or to your industrial and office locations. Sessions are scheduled around your teams' working hours, in one-to-one format or small groups of matched levels (up to 6 learners), with attendance, progression and satisfaction tracking centralised for your training department. This is our dominant format for mid-cap multi-site organisations and large accounts, because it lets you roll out training at scale without giving up on tailored content. Funding usually goes through the corporate skills development plan, the company's OPCO or FNE-Formation, supported by our team.

What's the difference between your one-to-one and group classes?

One-to-one classes are 100% personalised: a dedicated trainer and a programme calibrated to your specific challenges, ideal for breaking through a sticking point, preparing for an international role or moving fast on a precise objective. What CEFR level do I need to start an English course?

No prerequisite. We train complete beginners (A1) through to advanced learners (C2). Before you start, we run a free placement test, written and oral, to pinpoint your CEFR level, identify your strengths and gaps, and calibrate the pathway accordingly. Your native or bilingual trainer then adapts every session to your real progression.

How long does it take to move up a CEFR level?

The Council of Europe estimates an average of 200 hours of training to move up one CEFR level (for example A2 → B1, or B1 → B2). Our flipped-classroom method combined with our digital platform reaches the same result in around 30% less time, roughly 140 effective hours. In practice, we offer three benchmark formats: 30 hours to reactivate prior knowledge and regain confidence, 60 hours for a partial level move, 90 hours for a full level move with certification preparation.

Are English courses eligible for CPF funding?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our English courses are CPF-eligible when paired with a recognised certification (TOEIC, Linguaskill, CLOE or Le Robert). Since the decree of 26 February 2026, CPF funding for language training is capped at €1,500 with a mandatory personal contribution of €150. Your training can also be funded by your OPCO, your company's skills development plan, FNE-Formation, AGEFICE or FIF-PL depending on your situation.
