OUR TRAINERS
Linguaphone has a team of certified, experienced native-speaking trainers specialising in adult learners in a corporate setting.
Our trainers meet the following requirements
- Our trainers hold a higher education qualification (at least a bachelor’s degree) and have a strong general knowledge
- They are certified and/or hold qualifications in teaching, or have significant experience training adults
- They have experience in language training for adults in a corporate environment or relevant operational experience
- Intercultural competence and general knowledge. Their expertise must be lived: a minimum of 3 years in a country where the target language is spoken is required. They must demonstrate knowledge of the French environment and the ability to find relevant information
- Professionalism. Commitment to quality, thorough lesson preparation in line with set objectives, punctuality, compliance with administrative procedures
- They demonstrate interpersonal skills, dynamism and the ability to engage and motivate their learners
