Funding

Looking to train? Funding options are available for companies, employees, self-employed workers and jobseekers.

YOUR OPTIONS

Find your funding

CPF — Personal Training Account

The CPF is an individual right: every employee accrues €500 per year (capped at €5,000) usable for a certifying training course. Since the decree of 26 February 2026, CPF funding for language training is capped at €1,500 with a mandatory personal contribution of €150 (except for jobseekers and employer co-funding). To be eligible, our courses always include a recognised certification: TOEIC, Linguaskill, CLOE, Le Robert for English; Goethe for German; DELE for Spanish; TEF, DELF for French; and others depending on the language. Registration is done via MonCompteFormation with FranceConnect+ authentication. Linguaphone guides you through every step: certification choice, quote, application process.

For: employees, self-employed, jobseekers.

OPCO — Skills Operators

OPCOs are the bodies that collect training contributions from companies and redistribute them as funding. Linguaphone is registered with the main OPCOs and a partner of several collective programmes: AKTO (labour-intensive services), Atlas (insurance, consulting), M-Campus (metallurgy), OCAPIAT (agriculture, food), OPCOmmerce (retail), FIF-PL (liberal professions). Your company submits a funding application to its OPCO as part of the skills development plan: Linguaphone quote, programme, training agreement. Our team supports you with the administrative setup.

For: companies, for their employees.

Skills development plan

The skills development plan brings together all training actions decided by the employer for their employees. Language training is often integrated: individual skill-building, group pathway for a team, preparation for an international assignment. Linguaphone builds with you a scheme tailored to your business objectives and measurable via our management dashboard. You can co-fund with a CPF top-up to optimise the investment.

For: companies and their employees.

Individual Training Grant (AIF)

Looking to develop your skills and validate them with a certification? Linguaphone has designed tailored programmes that can be funded through the CPF, with France Travail top-up where needed.

For: non-salaried directors of commerce, industry and services.
