What is AKTO Espace Formation?
Espace Formation is AKTO's online platform: member companies find the courses listed for their sector there and enrol their employees.
Collective actions: training courses offered by the OPCO to meet the needs of companies and employees in the sector. They provide up to 100% coverage of tuition fees and simplified administration.
Negotiated agreements: exclusive preferential rates for companies affiliated with partner OPCOs.
Skills development plan: for SMEs, AKTO can cover all or part of the tuition fees according to your sector envelope, with or without co-funding.

How to enrol?
To find all our courses and enrol your employees, follow these steps:
- Go to AKTO Espace Formation
- Select your sector of activity then click 'enter'
- Search for Linguaphone France in the search bar

Who AKTO is for
AKTO is the OPCO for labour-intensive service sectors. If your company belongs to one of the following branches, you can use AKTO to fund your employees' language training:
- Cleaning and related services
- Private prevention and security
- Temporary work and staffing agencies (permanent and temp staff)
- Collective and quick-service catering
- Outdoor hospitality, hotels and restaurants, casinos
- Personal services and home care
- Landscaping and green spaces
- Handling, cold-chain logistics, removals
- Independent private education
- Aerial work, air transport, public service missions
If you are unsure which branch you belong to, your IDCC code or collective agreement appears on your employees' payslips. Our funding engineering team can verify it with you upfront.

AKTO has selected our professional English courses for employees in your sector.
The pathway offered by Linguaphone on Espace Formation:
- Comes in three levels: elementary (30h), intermediate (26h) and advanced (14h)
- Is available remotely (mainland France and overseas territories) or in hybrid in-person format in the Paris region
Which Linguaphone pathways are eligible
All our pathways can be funded through AKTO, as long as they are paired with a recognised certification (TOEIC, Linguaskill, CLOE, Le Robert, TEF, Goethe-Zertifikat, DELE, etc.):
- Level Up (structured level progression) in English, German, French as a foreign language, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (6 languages)
- SkillExpress (short pathway focused on 2 or 3 skills) across the same 6 languages as Level Up
- Coaching on business objectives (negotiation, public speaking, interviews, presentations) across our 9 main languages (and more on request)
- Boost Your English, SkillPerfect and Atelier Express for English only
All pathways are available remotely (mainland France and overseas territories), in hybrid format or in person at our centres in Paris Bourse, Mulhouse and Dijon, plus our Levallois and Strasbourg outposts by appointment.
How it works in practice
Mobilising AKTO on a Linguaphone course works in 4 steps:
- Scoping the need with your HR or training manager: number of employees, levels, language, business objective, target schedule.
- File preparation by our funding engineering team: quote, training programme, level assessment, choice of exit certification.
- Submission on AKTO Espace Formation and review by your adviser. The decision typically takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on the sector and time of year.
- Course start as soon as the funding decision arrives, with payment subrogation where available (no upfront cost for you).
Our team handles the file from end to end: it's our job, not yours.
Use cases
Cleaning company in Paris region, 180 employees. The operations manager and three site supervisors need to upgrade their English to handle a new contract on an international campus. Level Up + Linguaskill, funded as a collective action, course start 6 weeks after submission.
Private security firm, 60 agents on event sites. Operational need for welcome English ahead of the sports season. Atelier Express + Boost Your English in groups, funded under the security branch envelope, with TOEIC certification on exit.
