Your CPF training budget
With the Compte Personnel de Formation, you decide which courses to take in order to improve your employability or find a job.
Every employee accrues €500 in training entitlements per year for full-time work. Your entitlements begin as soon as you start working (including internships and apprenticeships) and remain available until retirement.
The ceiling is €5,000 — once reached, the amount no longer increases, making it all the more important to train regularly.
This training budget can be used independently, without informing your employer, provided courses take place outside working hours.
