Who is it for?
This training is designed for people who need to improve their professional skills in certain communication situations due to a lack of regular practice.
Objectives
This intensive workshop-based training places participants in common business communication situations with the following objectives:
- Acquire the key vocabulary and expressions specific to business communication scenarios
- Unlock and reactivate passive knowledge
- Build confidence and strengthen fluency in common professional communication situations
- Acquire communication strategies (managing interlocutors of lower or higher levels)

Organisation
You can choose between:
- A full week of semi-intensive training with one workshop per day
- A la carte: choose the workshops that interest you based on your needs and availability
During each half-day workshop, you prepare and practise:
Preparation (9am-10am): Prepare independently for professional communication situations on our digital platform. Good preparation is key to optimising your practice with the trainer. Warm up well to get ready for the challenge!
Practical application (10am-1pm): Put into practice immediately in meaningful communication situations, in a small group. Build confidence and spontaneity through a condensed experience organised by your trainer. Leave with skills and tips to facilitate transfer to your area of activity.
A post-training assessment evaluates your progress and satisfaction.
