Collective actions: training courses offered by the OPCO to meet the needs of companies and employees in the sector. They provide up to 100% coverage of tuition fees and simplified administration.
Negotiated agreements: exclusive preferential rates for companies affiliated with partner OPCOs.

What are the funding conditions?
The level of tuition fee coverage depends on your company's size.
- Companies with fewer than 50 employees: funding conditions for training under the Skills Development Plan are set by each professional sector. To find out more, visit the dedicated page on the Opcommerce website.
- Companies with 50 or more employees: rates negotiated by Opcommerce with selected training providers. Contact your employment and training adviser.
