A language certification designed for hospitality and customer-facing roles
JobCert is a certification recognised by France Compétences and listed on the Specific Repertory. Unlike general-purpose tests such as TOEIC or Linguaskill, JobCert evaluates the ability to use a foreign language in specific professional situations: welcoming a foreign visitor, advising a customer in a shop, handling a phone call, assisting a patient.
Linguaphone is one of the very few centres accredited in France to deliver JobCert. For the "Welcoming and assisting foreign visitors and tourists in English" certification (RS6707), we hold 2 of the 4 centres with full accreditation (training and organising the assessment). For the equivalent Spanish certification (RS6784), we hold 3 of the 5 accredited centres. Your team members can sit the test in our 3 centres: Paris Bourse, Mulhouse and Dijon.

Among the certified training courses available, the Welcome to France programme stands out. It is designed to improve English for welcoming foreign visitors and tourists, with levels ranging from A2 to B2.
The Bienvenido a Francia programme offers the same approach in Spanish, applied to welcoming and assisting foreign visitors and tourists (A2/B1/B2).
Obtaining a recognised certification like JobCert enhances employees' language skills and facilitates their integration into multicultural environments. These courses are eligible for CPF, OPCO and skills development plan funding.
